Condition Report: nice solid condition overall; frame with minor grain splits to wood commensurate with age and use; evidence of mildew exposure, with some occasional minor spots of mildew to frame and cushions; lacking original webbing / upholstery, and with later plywood board added for seat; leather cushions are later- back rest with some minor spotting to back; later casters added to underside of legs
