Biography The pseudonym H. Endlich and Henk Welther can relate to the work of Aris Knikker, Jan Knikker Sr. or Jan Knikker Jr. Most of these Endlich works are made by Aris. The Knikkers, as well as other painters, sold many paintings at the beginning of the last century to the painter/art dealer Henk Welther and his brother Henri Willem Frederik Welther in The Hague. The paintings did not have to be signed, the Welther brothers signed them themselves. The painting dates back to the beginning of the 20th century (circa 1930) and is in good condition. In possession of craquelure (no age, probably a quick-drying agent) has been cleaned and provided with gallery frame. Oak panel dimensions: 40 cm x 30 cm. The work will be carefully packaged and sent by international registered mail.
