H&R single shot hammer shotgun in 12 gauge. The tapered heavy barrel measures 30'' and is marked ''12 GA. CHOKE''. The plain stock has a round pistol grip with a narrow forend. The solid buttplate is broken and missing about half the plate. A hairline crack is behind the top tang, about 1'' long, and stops at comb. In fair to good overall condition. Serial # 299082. Due to changing New York State regulations, all firearms sold, (regardless of age), must be shipped to an FFL dealer, or have a NICS check performed for on-premises pickups.
