Avray-Wilson opened his studio in France in 1994. He utilizes traditional sculpting methods and materials, such as bronze and brass, together with innovative techniques to create a fascinating and unique body of work, his recent output is characterized by a fascination with explosives. Avray-Wilson's 'Running Man' was on display at the Olympic Village in Stratford, London.
