Stamped in Cyrillic 'M. DIMET LWOW' along the lower edge. 33 x 17.2 cm. Dimet was a prominent merchant and dealer in ecclesiastical objects in Lviv. His shop was located on the city's Market Square and specialised in devotional and sacred objects as well as books. Historical sources record that Dimet supplied crosses, religious images and other church furnishings, including to the important Pochaiv Monastery.
