Condition Report: Chair: Overall good vintage condition. Wood armrests in good order with light natural wear. Likely re-upholstered with some light staining. Black metal base with light oxidation consistent with age. Ottoman: Overall good vintage condition. Scratched, nicks and markings to wood consistent with age and use, largely concentrated at bottom of legs. Likely re-upholstered with some light staining.
