Housed in its likely original gilt and gesso frame. Late 19th/first quarter 20th century. 29 1/2" x 24 1/2" sight, 35 1/2" x 30 1/2" OA.

Condition Report: Excellent condition. Conserved in 2010 by Frederick A. Wallace, Art Conservator, Newport News, VA. The report states, "The painting contained several small areas of damaged and insecure paint. The image clarity was obscured by an aged varnish layer that had suffered a significant loss of transparency over time. The frame contained a number of damages, particularly at the corners."
