Harold Newton (American, 1934-1994). Oil on board Florida Highwaymen painting. Board measures "35 x 25", framed to 39" x 34". Night scene of a Florida Wetland with birds. Signed at lower right "H. Newton." Excellent condition. Harold Newton was one of the founding members of the Highwaymen and taught many of the others advanced painting techniques.
