signed with monogram and indistinctly dated 1972; inscribed with description on a label attached to the backboard
pencil, watercolour and gouache on paper
38 by 56cm.; 15 by 22in.

Condition Report:
The sheet has been laid down onto a mount. There are Artist's pinholes at each corner and one or two tiny nicks at the corners. There is light staining to the sheet, most visible to the sky and staining to the edges of the sheet, most likely due to the adhesive. There are a few tiny speckles of foxing and some light surface dirt in places. This excepting, the work appears in good overall condition.

The work is window mounted and held behind glass in a painted wooden frame.
