Engraving, 1587, a fine impression of the only state, printing with great contrasts and remarkable clarity, framed
plate: 117 by 75mm 4⅝ by 2⅞in
sheet: 122 by 81mm 4¾ by 3⅛in

Condition Report:
With thread margins, trimmed along the plate mark in places, in good condition, the left sheet edge thinned and skilfully backed with a thin sheet of laid paper, the lower left corner skilfully reattached and touched in with pen and ink, a tiny vertical split (measuring approx. 4mm) at centre along the upper sheet edge, framed.

(A faded illegible inscription in the lower borderline recto).
