HENRI PLE 19TH CENTURY ART NOUVEAU BRONZE PLANTER

Henri-Honoré Plé (French, 1853-1922) Bronze sculptor, Art Nouveau movement. Exhibited at the Salon and received a bronze medal at the Paris 1900 Exposition Universelle. Planter featuring 2 putti playing at water box, titled Putti Swimming is in very good condition, light patina to copper finish along edge of planter, seated child figure secured but loose. Signed on side panel. Dimensions: 7 1/4 x 4 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches.
