HIGHLY IMPORTANT MOLDED FULL BODIED SHEET COPPER ANGEL GABRIEL WEATHERVANE, POSSIBLY MOTT CO., CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, CIRCA 1872

verdigis surface retains traces of its original gold leaf and paint sizing.
Height 36 ½ in. by Length 65 in. by Width 8 ¾ in.

Condition Report:
In fine overall condition. Previously painted white and professionally cleaned to original verdigis surface, which retains remnants of its original gold leaf and paint sizing. The proper right wing was and remains partially bent from a past occurrence. Negligible separation along the tip of the skirt seam. Has endured eight bullet holes over the course of its history: on the proper left side, two on the inside and outside of the forearm, one on the wing, two in the skirt; on the proper right side, one in the forearm and one in the skirt.
