DSC. A stunning, rare, and impressive example of this eye-catching string holder from Hires Root Beer, featuring the globe with the ugly kid graphic. This is an exceptionally clean and desirable example of this storied piece of Hires Root Beer history. CONDITION: Side 1, retains good color throughout the lithography with only two minor surface scuffs in the inner and outer field. The outer edges show the lightest amount of cardboard wear, as well as a minor split to the left of the hanging hole. There is a bend on the right side of the ugly kid, where there is a minor crease and paper wrinkling. The piece is laying flat and displays well. (8.9). Side 2, with words "Hires Made of Roots and Fruits," shows some areas of spotting and staining in the inner and outer field, as well as minor paper and cardboard loss around the outer edges.
