Portfolio of 51 offset lithographs, each tipped on card; each with blindstamped title, date, and number (mount, recto); title page, plate list, and colophon; contained in aluminum portfolio with cardboard packing. This portfolio is from one of five hundred copies printed at the Mitsumura Printing Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan.
Each image/sheet approximately 24.1 x 31.1 cm (9 ½ x 12 ½ in.);
each mount 35 x 46.4 cm (13 ¾ x 18 ¼ in.)

Condition Report:
This portfolio is in overall very good condition. Each prints are outstanding with beautiful tones and contrasts. A beautiful piece.

Most prints with light traces of dried glue, consistent with the mounting, along upper edge, visible in raking light.
Plates 304, 307, 311, 327, 329, 333, 334, 336, 339, 340, 342, 345, 354, 360 with one or a couple of very faint handling marks, hardly noticeable and only in raking light.
Plate 302 with some very small retouching; plate 344 with one very faint scratch line in lower left quadrant, plate 321 with one tiny glue residue near lower right quadrant; all hardly visible and in raking light.

Some minor scratches and a couple of bumps to aluminium box case.

Cardboard box worn, with edges torn and various scuffing’s and green ink stains.
