Early 20th century oil on canvas painting of a young girl in fancy dress with a gold floral headband, circa 1920s. Signed "Hoover" at lower right. Artist unknown. Very good condition with minor wear. Backing board slightly warped. Painting has been backed by board. Canvas size is 26" x 42". Framed to 30" x 46".
