Hand Knotted Aquamarine Beaded Necklace
A double strand size, 49" of large aquamarine beads of oval barrel form are hand knotted with green/blue silk thread. The few mines for these rather scarce type of semi opaque, greenish/blue aquamarine stones are found in Eastern India, The 73 well matched beads are about twelve or more carats each and test as aquamarine on the Presidium. Approximate calculation is over 800 cts. Fine condition.
