Handcrafted Hentschels Grandfather Clock

A handcrafted Hentschels grandfather clock. A classic style clock with a golden oak finish and carved swan pediments with an urn finial on the center and a glass front door that displays a brass face with raised brass spandrels and a silvertone dial with raised gold tone Arabic numbers. The face has a decorative repouse design on the center with black serpentine hands and a moon phase dial above with a colorful windmill motif. Other features of the clock include side columns and fretwork side panels and a glass door on the center that displays a brass pendulum and cylinder style weights. The clock has a Hermle, cable wound chime movement and the clock stands on a podium pedestal with bracket feet. The clock is labeled “Hentschels” on a plaque on the inner door. Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Unless shipping arrangements are available and made by the winning bidder, that individual is advised to bring appropriate assistance, vehicle, proper materials, and any necessary tools to pickup.
