Hungary. Certificate handwritten and signed by Rav Yosef Moshe Zilberberg, the first Av Beis Din of Tineya.

Certificate written in a foreign language, from 5630 [1870], handwritten and signed by Rav Yosef Moshe Stepevi Zilberberg. With red wax seal.

Rav Yosef Moshe Stepevi Zilberberg (5557-5637 [1797-1877]), born in סעניץ to his father- Rav Efraim Fishel Stepevi, Av Beis Din of Varshever. From around 5593, served as Av Beis Din of Tineya until his passing in 5637. Of his disciples: Rav Moshe Fierst, author of Mareh Moshe.

The Chasam Sofer wrote a response to him in Orach Chaim siman 177 and in Choshen Mishpat siman 147.
