Hangman Comics #3 Pennsylvania Pedigree (MLJ, 1942) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white pages. We have never seen a copy of issue #3 this nice in all of our years of comic auctions, and to date, just one single copy has ever received a higher grade from CGC. Bob Fujitani and Paul Reinman produced the outrageous bondage cover, one that Overstreet claims to be the first Nazi war cover to ever appear on a comic, however, we note that Captain America Comics #1, which debuted in March of 1941, more than a year earlier than Hangman Comics #3, has Cap decking Hitler and other Nazis on the cover.
