EXCEPTIONAL SILVER LIDDED GOBLET WITH FLOWERS.

Technique: Silver with inner gilding and partial gilding.
Description: On a domed round base with a flat rim and a strongly extended centre, the shaft in the
shape of a trunk with a lumberjack between scrollwork. The cup-shaped bowl with large
baroque flowers, chased and finely chiselled. The slip lid with flared rim, corresponding
decoration and round fruit knob.
Weight: Ca. 305g.
Measurement: Height 25cm.
Mark: Inspection mark Breslau (Hintze Breslau, type V), maker's mark Hans Jachmann the Younger (1681-1728, ibid. no. 103).
French import marks. Lid with small dent on the edge.
