Edgerton, Harold (Doc) (American, 1903-1990), Baseball Pitch - MacFayden Pitches, taken 1938, printed later, silver gelatin print, signed and numbered 43/50 and 3802.1043 in pencil by the photographer on the verso, image size 9.25 x 12.75 inches, full sheet 11 x 13.75 inches, matted and framed 16.5 x 20 inches. One of Edgerton's famous strobe light photographs. Provenance: Photo Forum Gallery, Pittsburgh, who represented the Edgerton Estate.
