Set of high relief panels of Roman Goddesses. These hand-carved panels in high relief have a Roman Goddesses décor and were manufactured in France in the second half of the 19th century. Lined with red velvet at the back. Very refined and detailed carved oak. Beautiful patina. 1. Goddess " Diane " sister of Apollo and goddess of hunting and moon. 2. Goddess " Juno " wife of Jupiter, goddess of fertility and marriage, protector of women. Both panels are in excellent condition with beautiful patina.
