Hawkes Russian Cut Glass Wine Stem Red Cut To Clear

American Brilliant cut glass wine stem. Cut in the Russian pattern by T.G. Hawkes in a pretty red color cut to clear. The foot is also cut in Russian and is red cut to clear with a scallop and spike edge. The stem has a long tear drop inside and a faceted knob. Ca. 1900
