Heavily Carved Japanese Dragon Arm Chair

Japanese, early 20th century. Hardwood armchair with deep relief carved dragon motif back and arms, the dragon's heads forming the arm terminals, the plank seat having shallow relief floral carving, figural dragon head legs. Approx.h. 34.25", w. 27.5", d. 21.75". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Mr. & Mrs. Frank Eldridge of Atlanta, Georgia.
Condition Report: Dragons pupil inlay missing from 2 eyes. Some joint shrinkage and likely old repair to back.
