Heavy Silver hand made Etrog box . 20th century

Unique extremely heavy exquisite hand made Etrog box. Main body is basket weave intertwined highly polished silver imitating the lulav leaf, the body resting on a highly polished band of silver. A pretty row of matt silver roses and petals adorn the top border. Lid opens to reveal the interior - all polished besides the hammering on back side of lid. Outside lid boasts heavy leaf upon leaf design covering the whole expanse, with a silver lifelike etrog perched in the centre. The etrog is used as a handle to open the lid. The design of the box allows air to circulate within. This is a rare collectors piece.
