From 1990-1991 she studied at the Royal Academy for Fine Arts in Ghent. Then until 1998 at the Münster Art Academy with Rainer Barzen, Ingrid Roscheck and Ulrich Erben. From 2008 to 2012 she was a lecturer at the Art Academy in Münster. Grants/Awards - Schloss Ringenberg grant from the Derik-Baegert-Gesellschaft e.
