Condition Report: Minor fading, primarily evident in red ink. Bumped corner with creasing, upper right. A very small (1/4") loss with minor skinning in red inked area, lower left. Matted and framed under glass, not examined outside of frame. Framed dimensions 37-1/2 x 30 inches.
