The corner of the Breed and the Veemarkt in Hoorn. Signed lower left. The building was acquired by the Blokker firm, after which it was demolished in 1923. The grandfather of the current owner of the early watercolour was a friend of one of the sons of the founder of the firm, Jacob Blokker.
