Tugboat Along the Waterfront
Signed "HGASSER" lower left, dated "c. 1940's" on an unattributed fragmentary label affixed to the reverse.
Watercolor on paper, sheet size 14 7/8 x 17 7/8 in. (37.2 x 45.3 cm), framed.
Condition: Toning, foxing, tack holes to corners, reverse with masking tape remnants along the center edges of each side and small stain to upper center edge.

Framed dimensions are 20 3/4 x 23 1/2 inches.
The watercolor is hinged to the window mat at two places along the top edge of the reverse.
