Condition Report:
The work is in excellent condition. The canvas is unlined. The edges have been taped. The surface is richly textured and the impasto is well-preserved. Extremely minor scattered lines of craquelure. Along the center of the right edge, some possible light frame abrasion to the purple pigments of the cliffs. Under UV light: no retouching is apparent.
