Heraldry.- Faulkner (Thomas, topographer, 1777-1855) Autograph Letter signed to Charles George Young as York Herald, 1p., sm. 4to, Chelsea, 1st January 1841, asking for information on the life of Christopher Carlill, Norroy King of Arms, and any other "notices of any other persons natives or residents of Chiswick... now under my investigations", on verso of a printed prospectus for Faulkner's History of Chiswick, small tear in lower margin; and another, a printed grant by John Campbell-Hooke, Lyon King of Arms, torn along folds, browned, folio (2).
