Work of art Set of Patty Pans with Rose Knob Lids for 6 persons, produced by Herend - “Chinese Bouquet Apponyi Green” collection, in excellent to pristine condition.

The origin of the pattern is associated with Count Albert Apponyi, for whom this simplified version of “ Fleurs des Indes” was first prepared in 1931.

Each of Patty Pans is in excellent condition, with marvelous rose knob lid on each and gilded handles.

This is an extremely rare set, made by Herend - Hungary, in order to dress up dining tables for special meals, meeting the expectations of the most pretentious ones.

Patty Pans and Rose Knob Lids are in excellent to pristine condition, just 2 roses with one tiny chip, marked with blue Herend shield mark and numbered, NO other chips, NO cracks and NO repairs, please see pictures as they are part of description.
