Herend Porcelain 'Rothschild Bird' Pattern Part Coffee Service, Herend, Hungary, Twentieth Century. Comprising a coffeepot, cream pitcher, open sugar bowl, six cups and six saucers, painted in the classic pattern of birds perched in branches amidst scattered insects, within basketweave borders and gilt rim edges, each printed with the "HEREND HUNGARY" crowned shield mark and "HANDPAINTED" in underglaze-blue, various numerals.
