Historic work by the artist, father of Viennese actionism, who passed away in 2022. It is an original copper plate engraving by the master Hermann Nitsch, signed and dated 1985/1993 (and therefore a further subsequent plate superimposition by the master) .
The engraving was created for the historic Fred Jahn gallery in Munich and is part of a series of 16 engravings (7 single-coloured, 9 multi-coloured) from 1985, which represent the imaginary and underground architecture of the O. M. Theatre.
The dimensions of the plate inside the sheet are 29x21 cm, printed on a 53. 5x40 cm sheet of 300 g Hahnemühle paper.
The printed part is in perfect condition, the paper has a very slight discoloration on the edge of the sheet in one corner (as shown in the photo) .
Signed and dated by hand, in pencil, by the artist.
