A very rare Hermes silk scarf "Les Poissons d'eau douce"/"Fresh water fish" by Micheline Masson. Edition year 1953. The quality of silk is different from what we are used to see in Hermès nowdays. It is very fine amd light weight. Also the size of this carré is smaller than those of latter days. 100% silk Size 84 x 83 cm Hand rolled hem. No composition label (they didnt add it to thé scarves in those days) , no copyright sign. Condition: good vintage condition - no spots, the silk is totally clean, the hem is full and in good condition. There are 3 or four very lightly pulled threads little visible. - please look the last photo.
