"Herringbone" Silver Erzgebirge Saxony Germany 4.98 x 4.81 x 1.77 inches (12.64 x 12.22 x 4.50 cm) This is an incredibly large plate of crystallized "Herringbone" Native Silver atop a massive matrix of gray Arsenic. There are an immense amount of these "fern" crystals across this plate. This is an iconic mineral from a very famous locality. The downside is the Silver crystals are light and brittle so care must be taken when handling. Care is also advised since the matrix is Arsenic. There is a collection label on the bottom "DDBC2722."
