the stylized heart shaped pendant set with a hardstone plaque (possibly serpentine) inlaid in a floral motif with polki cut diamonds and pear cabochon ruby accents, suspended from a three strand necklace comprised of tube form links completed with shepherd's hook clasp and with a toggle clasp for extended length, clasps with maker's mark and stamped 985K / Hand Made / Istanbul, pendant with maker's mark and signed Kurtulan / Hand / Made / 985K / Istanbul.
