Holy Land.- Clarke (Samuel) The Holy Land, large folding wall map showing from Damascus to Petra, with inset maps of the topography of Jerusalem and its vicinity, and another of Horeb or Sinai, and the desert of Paran, lithograph with hand-colouring, 1520 x 1300 mm (59 3/4 x 51 1/4 in), dissected and mounted on linen, some minor browning and surface dirt, folding with Edward Stanfords' yellow endpapers, with Stanford's slipcase with printed label to upper cover, scuffed and worn, spine with ink inscription 'Map of Palestine', 8vo, published under the direction of the committee of general literature ..., appointed by the Society for promoting Christian knowledge, sold by Stanford, 1863
