Your abstract paintings don’t tell a story; they stand on their own.
How would you describe your works?
I wouldn’t describe them at all I’ll leave that to others. Because every painting is a projection of your emotional state. Every person has a store of inner images, some of which are linked to memories. Painting is very often about fragments of memory. That’s why I like to borrow the titles of my works from films it creates a sense of a larger, collective consciousness for me. For me, these titles are both entry points and aids.
