The forged stainless steel drop-point blade bears an etched mark on the pile side consisting of a circular crosshair symbol above the name Hubertus and the word ROSTFREI. To the right of the name is the stacked text GESCHMIEDET W.-GERMANY. The blade tang is stamped with the word ROSTFREI in capital letters. The handle is constructed with black synthetic scales featuring a molded checkered diamond pattern, secured to the liners by five brass pins. The knife is finished with polished metal bolsters at the pivot and pommel and includes a folding steel lever that serves as the release and locking mechanism for the blade.
