Hublot King Power Oceanographic wristwatch, titanium, men, limited edition 153/1000, provenance documents, titanium, d=48 mm / Men's titanium Hublot King Power Oceanographic wristwatch, limited edition 153/1000, reference 732.NX.1127.RX, automatic movement, case with a depth rating of up to 1000 m. Black dial with register at 9 o'clock and date between 4 and 5 o'clock. Original black rubber and textile band and titanium buckle.
In association with the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, Hublot reveals a diver watch able to withstand the pressure at a depth of 4,000 meters. It took 18 months of research, development and testing to unveil the Oceanographic 4000, a watch that can be worn at depths of 4000 meters under extreme pressure - an exceptional technical achievement.
Starting with its seal, tested by Hublot in a Roxer tank, submerged and pressurised to the equivalent of 5,000 meters. To ensure the tightness of the watch, and to withstand the extreme pressure, the synthetic sapphire crystal has a thickness of 6.5. The case is made of grade 2 titanium, an extremely strong stainless material. The Oceanographic 4000 dial has been optimised to have a larger surface treated with SuperLuminova, a luminescent material emitting a green colour in the titanium version. The watch is provided with two threaded crowns (a protective measure to help insure water resistance by compression of a sealing ring). The flanged crown establishing the dive time is located at 2 o'clock for easy access and a more comfortable use. The second crown, for turning to set the time and date, is located at 4 o'clock to avoid obstruction.
The Hubot Oceanographic 4000 watch was designed to meet the most demanding requirements of both professional divers and watch enthusiasts.
The watch is accompanied by provenance documents.
