Huge 19th C. Japanese lacquered household shrine, of rectangular form, double pull off doors open to a large shelf, the top with finely carved and gilt eaves depicting dragons in clouds, fittings of engraved copper depicting chrysanthemum blossoms, having four lacquered doors under the shelf. Overall: 88"H x 49"W x 33.5"D, Circa - Late Edo / Early Meiji.
