Formed in England by Thomas Humber in 1869, Humber Cycles would eventually, like so many bicycle companies, become dominated by its automobile division. In the late 1800s, however, bicycles were still all the rage, especially for the newly liberated woman. Here, one such lady is basking in the heavenly glow of her Humber as a host of disembodied seraph heads hover around this deified wonder.
