Hutschenreuther - Dinner plate (12) - Zwiebelmuster - Porcelain

These are the rare to find Coupe plates. A complete set of starter and dinner plates. Most of the Blue Onion Plates offered are with rim to hold liquids but these are flat!

The history of the onion pattern goes right back to ancient China, from where porcelain first originated. The Blue and white porcelain has had an attraction for many centuries and still is a statement in todays modern design.

Signed: Hutschenreuther. Most likely produced between 1930-1970.
