Imperial German Bayern Uhlan Regiment No.1. M1889 Trooper's Sword. Straight, bright blade with fuller, acid etched with military motif and "1 Rgt Bayr Ulan Regt. Kaiser Wilh. II Konig ....", on reverse of the blade. Floral scenes and "In Treue Fest" etched on the other side. Blade width 3/4" near ricasso. Maker mark / logo Alcoso on ricasso. Felt buffer pad, nickel / silver plated hilt. Folding guard with Bavarian lion cypher and dark composite grip. Steel scabbard. Blade Length: 32" | Total Length: 38 1/2"
Condition Report: Very good. Scabbard shows some wear. Some blemishes on blade.
