Imperial German, Model 1889 Trooper's Sword of the Saxon Ulan Regiment No 18. Slightly curved, bright fullered blade. Triple acid etching, depicting cavalry scenes and floral design on one side and the 2nd Sachs, Ulan Regiment No 18 on the other. Nickel-silver plated hilt with dual folding guards. Royal Saxon cypher inset to front guard. Black composite ribbed grip. Two ring, chromed plated steel scabbard. Blade Length: 34" | Total Length: 40.5"
Condition Report: Very good. Worn plating on the hilt.
