INLAID WHALE IVORY PIE CRIMPER Mid-19th Century
Two-part squared architectural shaft with stepped carvings, and inlaid shell and mother-of-pearl hearts, diamonds and rectangles on all four faces. Beautifully scrolled four-tine crimping fork at one end and a fluted wheel at opposite end. One tine broken off and one diamond-shaped piece of inlay missing. Length 7".
