Condition Report: 10.8.21- LOT-1049- The set is in sturdy and operational condition, the mirror could use a little bit of lubricant as to not squeak when turned, the telescoping uprights show some wear and stick a bit, the piece itself shows some marks particularly at the back, it could use a good cleaning, the chair is in need of upholstery, it is sturdy, but shows visible glue and staining to the upholstery, castors are functional, but with age, the condition is commensurate with age and use, the whole could use a good cleaning
