Condition Report: 4.15.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3190-The structure is sturdy, glass panes are intact with no apparent chips or cracks, glazed side panels are beveled, the structure is in overall good condition with only some small nicks, typical evidence of very minor, light old woodworm scattered throughout, some small wood losses to raised elements, particularly noted to bird wing tips on one lower door, light tonal variation/spotting, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
