Igor Mitoraj is a Polish sculptor who lived and worked in France and Italy after 1968. He was born in 1944 in Oedran and died in Paris in 2014. Many of his sculptures can be seen in public spaces in Europe and the United States. In 2021 he was given a gigantic retrospective exhibition in Scheveningen in the museum “Beelden Aan Zee” of which the last photos here are an example.
